These terms apply to every order placed with Acme Retail through this website. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED). The price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place your order.
Payment is taken securely by our payment provider when you place your order. We never see or store your full card details.
Your order
After you place an order, we email you a confirmation. Your order is accepted once payment is confirmed.
If an item turns out to be unavailable, or a price was shown incorrectly because of an obvious error, we will contact you before sending anything. You can then choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Delivery, returns and refunds

Trade-in requests
Sending a trade-in request does not commit you or us to anything. We reply with an offer, and nothing is final until you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Nothing in them affects your rights under UAE consumer protection law.
