Where we deliver
We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only.
Delivery cost
Delivery is free on all orders within the UAE.
Delivery times
Orders are usually sent within 1 to 2 business days of payment. Delivery normally takes 2 to 5 business days after that, depending on your location. These times are estimates and may be longer during public holidays and busy periods.
Tracking your order
When your order is sent, we email you the courier's name and a tracking number. You can also check your order at any time on the Track your order page, using your order number and email address.
Problems with delivery
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of being sent, or arrives damaged, please email support@diadynshop360.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
