This notice explains how Acme Retail collects and uses your personal information when you shop with us.
What we collect
When you place an order or send a request, we collect:
- your name, email address and phone number
- your delivery address
- your order details and order history with us
- details you include in a trade-in or other request, including any photos
We do not see or store your full card details. Payments are handled by our payment provider.
How we use it
We use your information to:
- process, deliver and support your orders
- send you order confirmations, shipping updates and refund notices
- answer your questions and requests
- meet our legal and accounting obligations
We do not sell your information, and we do not send you marketing emails.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with the service providers that help us run the shop:
- Diadyn Technology LLC, which provides our online shop platform and sends our order emails
- our payment provider, which processes your payment
- the delivery company that brings your order to you
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as the law requires for accounting and tax purposes. Other information is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above.
Your rights
